I've been going to this store for several years and have found all staff to be very friendly and professional. My representative, Melanie, kept me informed but also explained things beforehand of how this was likely to play out, since my car needed a Diagnostic Electronic Analysis. It was a simple fix, and never did they try to up-sell me! Great experience as always!

The technicians were friendly, helpful and gave me updates as to what and why were causing a increase in service time. They offered me a car while the work was ongoing, that I didn't use, but appreciated the offer. They found me in the waiting room multiple times with updates, described the issues and solutions and completed the work professionally.
Yvonne has helped us with buying 2 Subaru Foresters in the last 2 years. We are very grateful for her friendly and kind service. We had an excellent buying experience when we bought our 2025 Subaru Outback. The salesman was extremely professional, answered all our questions, and made sure we had all the information we needed to confidently make a purchase.
Service and staff are grade A. We have used the White Bear Subaru since 2016. We are pleased to say we will keep returning as they have earned our loyalty. Very accommodating and we leave satisfied and with plenty of documentation of every service.

It's never a great experience stressing about car issues but Chris was courteous and communicative through the whole diagnostic process. From online scheduling, dropping off for service, and pickup, I would say I spent no more the 15 minutes in total. A courtesy car was available as well and was brand new, clean, and seriously have me considering purchasing a new Subaru. After my experience there, I can say I would recommend their services to anyone

The sales staff person (Yvonne) was terrific! 10/10. She went out of her way to get us what we needed. She was literally running to make sure her customers were all dealt with when several showed up unexpectedly. But I didn't like the presentation of the optional Subaru post-sale add-ons (not handled by Yvonne). The approach was very hard sell. The maintenance package made no sense whatsoever for the EV we purchased. This made me mistrustful of the after-sale care we would receive from this dealership.

I pulled into the shop and noticed that there were many cars there. The weight was longer than expected to speak with a service advisor, but once it was my turn, the service advisor was amazing. He Acknowledged the long, wait,provided great customer service, asked A lot of Good questions, and Reviewed my vehicles service history. He was professional.

i love this place. I was in for scheduled service this time but whenever i need service, parts or sales, this dealership is tops. I had a road hazard in my tire once and it was fixed in minimal time and I was back on the road. I buy my cars here because i know that my vehicle will be well taken care of and I will be given options when available.

They were courteous and understanding of my position of trying to save money and yet still do what is right for the car. That was refreshing instead of just giving me the hard line on what they thought that I should do. They were upfront with estimates of cost over the phone prior to my visit. I final felt as if I was heard instead of being talked to.
Easy to schedule appointments online and the staff is friendly. Easy to pull into the service area, stop by the desk, and then wait inside with snacks and WiFi. It's a little out of my way but I'm happy to make the drive to receive service here.

Purchased a used car and worked with Dennis Noakes. After being a loyal Honda customer, Dennis was a wealth of knowledge on Subarus. He was able to answer every question on things I had read online, giving his honest opinion on any pros/ cons. He remained patient and accessible from start to finish. Also compliments to Pia for providing a smooth finance process. Would highly recommend this dealership and excited to hopefully be a longtime Subaru customer.
