Overall experience was great; staff was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions, and very helpful.
They were so helpful and discovered the battery had a bad cell and was still under warranty. They kept me informed during the process and went the extra mile to get my I-phone back operational in the cars system.

The service department was prepared for my appointment as scheduled. They greeted me at my vehicle and performed exceptional work. Every step they took was clearly explained. I completed a full tune-up and alignment and was finished within an hour and a half. Excellent service.

Had trouble with an untimely flat tire. Once spare was put on, called Subaru and they were able to get me in as soon as I could get there. I was lucky enough to get Charlie, who is always pleasant & extremely helpful. He went above and beyond and had me back on the road within 2 hours.

He took me on a test drive around the neighborhood and made sure to explain all the important details about the car without leaving anything out.

White Bear Subaru Service is great, easy to make an appointment and questions are answered thoroughly by the 'check in' techs and simple to understand for me the customer. This is my fourth Forester. Service is painless and the waiting area is quiet, comfortable and I can get some work done.

I worked with Luke at White Bear Subaru, I had several things to be fixed and it went absolutely great. Dropped it on Monday it was diagnosed, parts ordered and finished Tuesday before lunch. Luke contacted my Warranty Company and kept me updated on what was happening

2014 Crosstrek with 200,000 + miles on it, needed a lot of maintenance services done. I was worried about how to get to work at 230p. Got the car in at 9:45am, they had a rental/loaner Outback waiting for me!!! Everything that was very much needed for my Crosstrek got completed by 1:45pm! I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of vehicle I wanted, but I knew I wanted to travel with a Teardrop camper eventually, so I needed something that could tow it. I also knew what I could & couldn’t afford each month. Car shopping can be so stressful, but Yvonne really listened to what I wanted and helped me narrow down my options. I now have my blue girl (River or Scout…not yet decided) and she is Perfect for me! I’m now officially part of the Subaru family!!
I've purchased 2 Crostreks from this location. Both times the sales team have been amazing. I also continue to take my vehicles here for regular service. Absolutely phenomenal customer service everytime. They are kind and efficient, always helping to make sure my car is well maintained. Fair and reasonable pricing. Excellent customer service every single service visit. Service crew is thorough and the video walk down you get while your car is being serviced is a wonderful touch. Thanks White Bear Acura Service Department for always keeping my car in top shape. Side note, the free car wash is always great, but expect to receive your vehicle back dripping wet, a quick wipe down would be much appreciated or I'd say bring your own microfiber towel and wipe it down yourself.

Took car in for routine oil change and tire rotation per service contract. Car went through car wash. They did NOT vacuum floors which I had to do when I got home. Otherwise, great job!
